	After failing to get email posting to work, I emailed Xanga to tell them I'd like to cancel my premium account (which I'd had for less than 24 hours at that point) and get a refund. Charmingly, they've refused. They did generously offer not to automatically renew my account, though. I'm giving them another chance; we'll see if they get it right.
